So I recently bought the D900c a couple months back from RJtech.com, and I am now having some pretty bad issues with the video card.

Is part of the video card defective and all I can do is get a replacement? And is this sort of thing covered by RJtech?

I am in the process of trying to get ahold of them, but the problem started just as their support lines closed for the weekend.

It has been showing the same thing even as the computer is posting and in the bios. :/

Could be the video card or the LCD. If it's showing even at POST, it wouldn't be a driver issue, so, beyond reseating the video card (check your user's manual), there probably isn't much that can be done without going through RJtech.

Considering the notebook almost has to have come from Sager, Pro-Star, or Eurocom (as parts if nothing else), there should be a standard 1-year warranty that will cover this.

Incidentally, it really sucks that a California based company would offer such short tech support hours!

Yeah, having the same problems with mine. Bought a d900c in June and it's just now starting. I don't think it's the video card, as I can hook monitors to the vga and dvi port and they work fine.

My guess is the video cable between the card and the LCD monitor. I put in an RMA request and am awaiting their response.

    I LOVE this notebook though.

I don't have an extra monitor to check those connections, but when I plug in the S video the TV still has the same blue lines, but they don't blink ever. *shrugs* I'm still waiting to get into contact with them.
