    My GTX 285M (75W-TDP) is going to die and i want to buy a new card. Can i use any MXM 3.0b cards with 75W-TDP with the GTX 285M Heatsink?

    The plat for the heatsink is shaped i believe so not without modification.

    Probably not, you would need to cut some of the metal or buy a kit for the machine with a heatsink that does.
