It's been a while since I've posted here, so I'll keep this short, simple and detailed as possible.

After I did a clean install on my main HDD, the headphone jack now doesn't seem to work. I've already updated my drivers, uninstalled them, and reinstalled them several times but to no avail. Driver version is 6.0.1.5898. Audio codec is ALC662.

Going into the Realtek HD Audio Manager I don't even have the option to change the speaker configuration to headphones. In the speaker properties using Windows Sound Manager I see options for things that were never there under the Levels tab (these being two Black In, Center, Subwoofer, Rear, and Front).

I can hear the audio just fine using the laptop speakers, or via digital output aka HDMI. It's just the front 3.5mm jack that doesn't seem to work. The mic jack works fine.

Would appreciate it if anyone could help me on this.

Well I eventually got it working again using the Realtek AC'97 drivers on the website. Wasn't digitally signed, but glad I could get it working again. I really hate Realtek sometimes :/
