Can someone run the utility on this page?

    http://www.esupport.com/global/upgradesteps.cfm

I am trying to get the info on the bios info to see if I can get someone to provide us with a bios that has some overclocking functions unlocked...

I am not ordering by box for a couple of weeks.. So I am trying to get everything ready...

    thanks,

    joe

I ran it and it shows the exact same info except with Quad. A good sign I guess.

    Hey Steponz....

How much are they charging you for the BIOS upgrade? Did they say it would allow access to the various PLL clocks?

I'm curious on what they offer.

It would not be hard to get a few people to chip in for new, OC capable BIOS :).

EDIT: added "not" -- as in it would NOT be hard to get people to chip in for new bios!

I tried the test on my Tosh. But they don't give any information to which BIOS I'm upgrading to :(

Same but quad. I find it odd that the BIOS ID says D900C.
