Hello, I bought the Clevo D901C model from PCmicroworks awhile back which has since gone out of business.

I have already called Clevo, who directed me to one of their rep companies. That company then told me they couldn't help unless my unit had a Clevo serial number. Well as I understand it the model is still a Clevo D901c but was sold as the Blackhawk XR5 from PCmicroworks so it does not have a Clevo serial number. Long story short they wouldn't agree to look even look at it.

Can anyone recommend a company that can do repairs on this model? Right now the unit will not even power on.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried giving the Blackhawk serial could they be the same?

I am sure there are independents that could do but Sager is the only Authorized North American Clevo repair provider. Contact a company like say Xotic see if they can give any help. They have been working with Sager for a long time and likely have knowledge.

I know you didn't buy from Xotic but if they can help or give you info I am sure they would. They know this is not the last notebook you will ever buy.

    Good luck.
