    i use standby multiple times a day so it is a very important feature for me and any laptop for that matter. but, why does the computer lose it's video drivers and gives me a garbled screen? the OS is responding just fine but i cannot navigate (because i cannot see anything, obviously) so i am forced to restart by pressing the windows key and U / R.

    right before the garbled screen i notice for a split second that the resolution defaults back to vga mode. sager said it is a known issue and is being worked on but maybe you resellers can be more up-front of exactly what is going on here.

    it appears to me a hardware issue because my screen will always have the same exact garble at the same positions as shown in the pics;

    sometimes this will happen from back to back resume from standby sessions forcing a restart.

    edit; after some more testing this appears to only happen in sli mode. it appears to be a driver related issue. i will leave it at that and wait for better driver support from sager.
