    Hi,

    Ive got a D901C with a q6700 2.66ghz quad core CPU, 4gb Ram.

The GFX Nvidia 8800m is fried, but the laptop is in perfect working order, apart from a very small fault with the LCD cable which makes the screen a tiny bit jumpy, but this is easily resolved by pushing the screen back or forth until it goes away.

I love it and would keep it, but I have too many computers and must let this go.

Im just wondering what I should be charging for this on Ebay? It cost me nearly $3k new.

Would I also be better off, by fixing the problems with the LCD cable and buying a new GFX card for it before selling. Seems easy to do, but only would do if worth it.

    Cheers

    Newty

Unfortuneatly computers just dont hold their value. Without a GPU $200-300 would be a realistic price I think. You may get slightly more if you part it out.
