    guys,

I just don`t know where to go with that:

Recently I connected a Eizo CE240W-WS to my 901C-8700M GT SLI.
Although the graphics card has a native resolution of 1920x1200 the Monitor does panning when the mouse moves to the monitor borders.

    The driver is 16904_winxp64.exe

    I did two controls:
    1. connect a MacBock to the monitor-> works fine!
    2. connect a Dell monitor to my D901C instead of the Eizo->works fine!

My graphics card work well with Dell but not with Eizo?!?!
    What might here be wrong?

I didn`t try to install new drivers, as the old 169.04 worked so well, should I try new ones?
( my 8700M GT was about 25% faster then the corresponding 1600M in a HP 8710W, hehe...) when rotating a openGL 3D object in non SLI modus)

    many thanks for help!

    3 more points:

    - its not Eizo specific. The panning happens when the monitor is connected to the DVI port. At 1680*1050 all is fine. But at 1920*1200 the monitor is panning.

    - I checked all the newer mobile nVidia based drivers for xp64 from laptopvideo2go. I always get the message that my machine is not the right one for the driver?!?

    - theres a mobile xp64 driver out from nVidia: 179.28_notebook_winxp_64bit_beta

this one is actually fine( no panning at 1920*1200). But I need to connect 2 external Monitors. This does not work here. Its only allowed to choose the integrated display together with one external monitor. (the 16904_winxp64 driver allowed to connect 2 external monitors)

    any help?

    thanks for your answer, Bill!
and sorry for the late response.

your suggested driver has the same problem the original mobile driver from nvidia has: I can only combine the laptop monitor with one external monitor but I cannot use two external monitors...

    aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!
