    Hello

does anyone know of the latest, preferably DCH driver for the Realtek Audio card in the P950HR? I have tried some of the more recent ones for other models and while it detects the headphone is plugged in (the notification pops up) it doesn't actualy reroute the audio to the headphones and it will continue playing through the speakers.

    Thanks

Did you revert to your original set and just make sure it works at all? Could be a jack sense issue.

I have a headphones related issue too - perhaps yours is the same (please check). Headphones are fine after a start/ restart, but don't work after waking from sleep (lid close).

Yep, after resuming from standby the jack doesn't work. If I plug headphones in, it stops the audio coming from the laptop speaker but also nothing comes out of the headphones. Just silence. Reboot fixes it.

An SSD setup will hibernate pretty quickly and is more power efficient.
