Firstly I had installed Windows Vista, everything worked.
Now I have Windows7 and my software does non starts.
Does anyone has the same problem?
So there is a question, which software should I use on Windows7 so that it worked properly on my Clevo M570TU?

If the tuner is supported under Windows Media Center, I've found that program to be miles ahead of most bundled TV software. The on screen guide is useful too. If the tuner isn't supported though, not sure what else is out there other than the software the manufacturer might have on their site.
