Currently using NP5793 and have had no problem for years but yesterday.

Try watching DVD using the DVD-ROM and VLC player, then VLC stopped and said that it can't read source data.
Try to eject using the physical button, but no respond at all, now my DVD is stuck inside the ROM :x

For some reason & time, it will pop out itself... Anything wrong with my internal systems?

there should be a quick release hole to put a pin in to overide the drawer.

depending where the disc is from you might need to load the latest codecs for it to read the disc.
