Out of curiosity, have any of you owners of the P750TM1-G noticed SATA daughterboard issues?

I had to replace my daughterboard originally due to it being cracked, but now, about 8 months later, my drive connected to this board is having I/O errors and occasionally disappears.

I swapped the drive to the alternate SATA port and it works perfectly fine there. To avoid using that port, though, I'd have to have a 4 or 5 terabyte drive in the working one.

If any of you could help me with any troubleshooting I might have missed or anything I can do besides getting a second replacement it would be greatly appreciated.

Not something I have heard of, is the drive being used just a normal height one?

Yes, a WD Blue 2TB 2.5 inch drive.

Is there any sign of damage physically? Have you checked the connector is free of dust and all the pins look normal?

Connector is free of damage and dust, no pins damaged, I haven't checked out the connections on the underside of the daughterboard as of yet due to not wanting to have to remove the mainboard.

It would need to be fully investigated at this point then.
