I received and was extremely happy with my 9130 from XoticPC... until a hotpixel appeared this morning on its 3rd day with me.
I know that this is the sort of thing to happen randomly, and it is not the fault of XoticPC, however, I am being told that I am now going to have to order a completely new model, pay for its shipping and pay for the return shipping on the faulty model!?
It is frustrating because not only did i specifically order this notebook before the release of ivy-bridge so that i would have it for the D3 release, but I paid $95 for an upgraded screen. I certainly didn't think that meant it was going to get a hotpixel before it turned a week old!
Maybe I'm being overly sensitive, but as a customer who paid $1300 for his new book, being told i have to fork out for shipping for a model with a non-faulty screen, is aggravating and disappointing; not to mention, having a book for release is, well, out of the question.
EDIT: They are being helpful and allowing me to hold onto this computer for the release while the new one is in production, however I have not yet been able to negotiate free shipping.

unfortunately, bad pixels won't be covered unless you got the zero dead pixel policy, even on the upgraded screens.. Even if you decide to return it under the 30-day RMA, you'll be out shipping costs. Might as well roll the dice with a new machine..

How to Fix a Stuck Pixel on an LCD Monitor: 5 methods
The above sight was posted by hizzah.
I applied the pressure method with the round end of a pencil eraser. After 4 or 5 taps of slight pressure teh pixix simple disappeared!
Thanks for the great post hizzah, saved me a lot... a lot of trouble! -

if you are the same person that emailed in about hot pixels, please let me know via email so I know whether to move your case forward, or close it.
Thanks!
