As with most people asking questions here, I've been contemplating on buying a Clevo laptop these past few months. The only thing stopping me is not knowing how the display will look. All different setups I have been looking at have been around the same price, but the main difference is the displays. Dell's 15 inch XPS line display has the "15.6 FHD B+RGLED TL (1920x1080)" display whereas all I know from the Clevo's is that it will be a FHD(1080p) "glossy" display.

I am probably correctly assuming that Dell's displays are indeed better; however, are the Clevo display's bad?

Any sort of comparison, help, etc. is appreciated.

Here are some sample pictures, which is the closest thing I could think of that might help: http://forum.notebookreview.com/sag...-between-different-screen-options-photos.html

My boss has the Dell Alienware M17x r2 with the 1920x1200 RGBLED screen, and it is truly a beautiful display. That said, all of the WLED displays I have seen are pretty awesome, as well (not as vivid, but still extremely bright and good looking). Hopefully those sample images give you an idea as to the quality.

    Good luck!
