There's a couple that i know of Recuva, made by the same people who make ccleaner.

The other one is Tuneup Utilities. This isn't free, but you get a 30 day unlimited trial with it. Has loads of features including file recovery.

Thanks but sadly I tried 2 random that I found on google and the 2 you gave me and they had the same result only one iso is recoverable. Probably because my partition was almost full. Hopefully someday I'll learn my lesson it's about the fifth time I delete important things

A few month's back my external WD USB drive died on me. It turned out it was the USB controller interface that went belly up. After ripping out the HD and plugged it in manually through a e-sata to USB converter I couldn't access the drive at all. Windows complained the drive wasn't formated in any way it could understand. Fearing the worse I started to look for data recovery tools

I came across a professional app called R-Studio. That software could access the drive without any problems, it even found old deleted stuff and managed to move all of the 300GB+ data stored to another external drive.

It also noticed that the reason Windows couldn't access the drive was because the file table or some such was corrupt. R-Studio fixed this and the drive is now working as any other.

    - GetDataBack (for NTFS and FAT32)

If you want get data recovery freeware, you could Google"free data recovery software", you could find
    http://www.softperfect.com/products/filerecovery/
    http://free-backup.info/data-recovery-software.htm

If you want to get a charged data recovery software, you could go to Trailpay, here is Data Recovery Wizard,
    http://www.trialpay.com/checkout/?c=2e8cd2d&tid=A7DWWlW

nomatter you want to recover the data by freeware or charged software, you should keep in mind that do not overwrite the hard disk. If you overwrite it, there will be no chance to recover them.
