I did the Win 10 x64 anniversary update on my P370EM, I thought that the update stalled as the LCD was black, after resetting and clearing cmos same problem, then I plugged in an external monitor and the laptop runs normally even games, so not issue with GPU, memory or cpu, seems Windows 10 Update killed my LCD Has anyone heard of this happening? Windows won't even detect my LCD and the bios screen won't even show, the backlight is on with a black screen, I can control the brightness too but the screen is black. Any ideas?

That blows my mind that Windows 10 would do something that would prevent you from accessing BIOS. Please forgive me if this sounds lame, but are you saying you don't see the post screen or you can't get into the bios? If you're unsure make sure the computer is powered off completely and turn it on and continually press F2. Does the BIOS screen eventually show up?

If it does post to BIOS, we can maybe use one of your external monitors to do a clean boot and figure out what is causing this. Keep me posted please.

If I plug external monitor it shows the BIOS screen but I am unable to get in right now, it just shows something like starting from hibernating, the computer as I mentioned works fine with an external monitor, however the LCD seems dead as it does not even show the Bios start up, only an external monitor shows this. I just ordered a new LCD screen, I am just worried when I install the new screen it will die as well.

It is worth considering to check the LCD cable too.

So just to follow-up, it turns out that Windows 10 update killed my LCD. I purchased a new LCD and it works fine now, the new Chiang-Mei is also a big upgrade over the previous Chiang Mei so all is good.

It might seem that way, though I can't think of any technical nuance with it that would cause that. It seems very unlikely, rather.

Worst case is it's an issue at the board. Consider the LVDS cable too, as Zoltan mentioned.
