    Differences btwn Pro-Star & Malibal?

    I'm preparing to order my second Clevo system in the last two months, the first I ordered from Pro-Star, this one I'm thinking Malibal...what are the primary differences that may impact this purchase between these two companies? The laptop I rec'd from Pro-Star was fine, but when I called to ask a question, they said they'd have someone call me back, but never did. Thankfully, I figured it out for myself, but am left feeling frustrated. What if it was not so easily resolved? Anyway, just wondering if there is more to the story; the pricing is not the issue, since they do price matching.

    Pro-Star is a builder, and Malibal is a Reseller of Sager. From what I've heard, Malibal has great customer service. I will also recommend you check out another builder, Mythlogic. They are another high quality builder with amazing service and great deals

    Pro-Star is Sager for all intents and purposes they are next to eachother etc. Just as a FYI.

    Pro Star is a separate entity and has separate owners from Sager.

    Perhaps it's cheaper for both to have Clevo ship to one location basically.
