Hello,
I have googled around and searched but I can't seem to find the answer if the dual 980m's in SLI will be directx 12 compatible? Thanks guys

Yes, everything from Fermi onward

As long as you upgrade to Windows 10 you will have DirectX 12 support with those cards. It requires WDDM 2.0 which will not be backported so Windows 10 will be the only version to get it.

Okay yah I understand that only windows 10 will support dx12, I was just googling and I couldn't find out if they supported dx12 because all the vendors have the single gpu's with the 900m series listed as supporting dx12 on all their spec pages but when you view the pages for the systems that support dual 900m series in their spec's they only specify it as supporting dx11 which I didn't understand why they would specifically say that for the single gpu's but not the dual gpu's unless for some reason that having dual gpu's of the 900 series made it not support dx12 maybe its just an error all the vendors have on their sites...lol thanks guys
