    I`m just wondering if anyone has heard anything on the grapevine as to whether Clevo willl be bringing out a new range of laptops in early 2010, a new fast i7 notebook with Sli would be nice :D

    Exactly, new technology usually pops out around Q1 and Q3. So keep an eye out for reports from CES (in January). :)

    not 100% sure they are clevo but there are hints off new laptops coming out but they are for general use and not really gaming so will have intergrated graphics so the price will be lower.
    as far as i know maybe i7
    keep an eye out in jan/feb

    Seeing as how there was a good 3 month delay between announcement of the W860/W870 and being able to purchase one, even if they do release them in Q1, it'll be more like mid Q2 before you can get your hands on one. I did that exact wait with the W870CU.. It was not an enjoyable few months.

    Keep your eyes peeled for CES reports pertaining to Clevo. I think Gophn usually assembles a great report about it.

    these were the worst delays on clevo models as far as i can remember and a lot was to do with the delay from intel. the OEM's had their hands tied as if they had known about the long delays they wouldnt of taken pre orders and make customers suffer like they have.

    dont think so but dont quote me on that.
    i think the new ones are more for non gamers so they dont need dedicated graphics so are cheaper for the customer.

    we will just have to wait and see :)

    I was hoping they would come with switchable graphics and hence save a lot on battery when not in the "game mode"
