The pins on mine are apparently broken so i cant put it back, but my reseller claims they need a special tool to remove the keys safely because they broke several keys trying to remove them...does anyone have a spare left alt key to sell for the P151SM1B?

You might want to try the NBR marketplace. Finding individual keys can be really difficult though, so you may be looking at replacing the entire keyboard in the end.

If you get a new one keep your broken one then sell the keys off individually :)

The problem is i have no idea how to remove the keys without breaking the clips...i tried very gently to pull them off but they wouldnt come off completely....unlike other laptop keyboards where i can just pull them off and slot them back on with relative ease.

It's best you don't pop them off, even to clean. Those clips are fragile.
