If you have direct knowledge, can you post the temps for each drive (and for clarity the drive bay they are in) please?

If you run three drives but not 7200, please post as well. SSD do not count here, i am asking about mechanical drive temps...

I have three 7200RPM drives in my 9262 but I'll have to get something setup to show temps. Does anyone know if Everest will show hard drive temps? If not what software can I try to get HDD temps with?

I do not have temps, but I have built RAID0, and 5 systems with 3 hard drives. I wanted to post to say that I have had one failure, the hard drive under the battery in a RAID0. The combined heat of the HD & battery coupled with nowhere for the heat to go, must have been too much.

If at all possible, I would try to avoid the HD under the battery trick. Not exactly what you asked, but I hope it helps.

Speedfan works great for monitoring HDD temperatures, and is completely free.

I don't have 3 drives, but I have 2x 5400 RPM drives. I put the 2nd one under the battery bay, and its operational temperature does not rise above 40C.

Everest did show the HDD temp.
Right Click on temp of tour CPU, chose configure. it should pop up & check on CPU (just right under Temperature). pm me if it's not working.
