This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I use them to control the system sound.Could have been good if it's used for games but I have a mouse with many buttons :)

    For gaming, I know some people use them for "Throw C4/Detonate" :p

    Flight Simulator X - I use them to bring up the Garmen GPS and the Radio Stack.
    These normally require Shift + 2 and Shift + 3 - kind of awkward when flying the aircraft.

    There is an app called GameKey that is on the CD that comes with your computer that assigns your keystrokes to a button. GameKey does not come preinstalled with your laptop-you have to install it from your CD yourself.
