Does the gt650m on my clevo have vga attached to it? Meaning this picture

    NVIDIA Control Panel_2015-05-19_17-08-16.jpg

Does this mean when i attach a vga monitor to my clevo, does the gt650m do all of the resolution processing instead of intel gpu?

Physically all video signal is routed through the iGPU.

When using the NVIDIA signal goes like this:

dGPU > iGPU > screens (internal & external)

As Prema said, your video comes from the iGPU. Only systems not featuring Optimus use the dedicated graphics for display output.

Yes sager keep it simple so you either have it or not.

The drivers can get a little confused about what outputs are where.

Were you noticing some performance hit, or just curious.

This would not have an impact on performance no.
