This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     PowerNotebooks.com from ResellerRatings.com - rating is extremely good. Look at the numbers involved.

    Lots of resellers have good ratings, but none that I'm aware of have anywhere near as many customer reviews.

    Yes, they have a very reputable business. There are 2 rep's from PowerNotebooks on the Sager/Clevo thread all the time. paladin44 and Eleison. They answer all questions and are very helpful.

    In the few months I have been around I have seen nothing negative posted about them.

    Wu Jen is right about the reps. They seem to be very helpful when rep power is needed.

    I haven't dealt with them. But from my time around I will say they are proactive and do provide answers in a public forum. In my opinion that is a company that at least understands their customers needs. They seem willing to go outside of the normal channels to provide that extra bit of help to their customers and possibly new customers. While I can't from experience recommend them I would say they are above some of the other resellers that wouldn't go out of their way to help.
