Would you guys trust this site? It looks like it has 100 stock of everything.

Is there any protection from getting my money stolen with these sites?

They use Paypal, so the chance of getting conned out of your funds is around zero percent. Today's PP is heavily skewed towards buyer's rights.

My main concern would be that it's an Asus W90 card. IIRC, that thing has a funky BIOS, as it's actually a 4850 underneath. The W90 was an absolute nightmare. If it was a Dell chip, I'd feel much better about it.

Ask if they'll allow you to return it, if you can't make POST.

I'd be suspicious of the site. Under contact us, there's only a form to fill out. No email or phone # or even address. It doesn't even tell what country they are located in, but it looks like Britain.

One 4870 on W90vp has 512MB vRAM other than 1GB.
I would assume they didn't have the card right at hand.

Damn those scammers, I check their pictures.
    It is a MHD3850 of W90.

    Real MHD4870s of W90VP are MXM 2.1 III-HE, they have HE-tab.

Guys, jesus, don't be so judgmental!

Listen to Kevin_Jack, your protection as a buyer on Paypal is already extremely skewed. As if you all deserve that!

Remember... Tech SALES people are not tech ENTHUSIASTS.

They don't know EVERYTHING. They in fact make TONS of mistakes.
So don't just jump to the conclusion that they are intentionally trying to steal your money!
    Especially when they take paypal.

Speaking as a seller, when someone thinks you are a scammer for stupid reasons like this, it makes you feel sick when you find out. Because of the extreme disrespect, which is because of extreme ignorance, which you cannot rectify seeing as how they don't respect/believe you, and are ignorant about recognizing the fact that you know a thing or two about your product and your method of sales (wow really?)

Oh - and one more very common sales practice within the tech market I might add? Using a representational or stock image for the product.
I thought all of you *scammer savvy buyers* would know that by now.

Why don't you just fill out the form and ask them if the image is of the actual item, since that is their established and preferred method of contact as a legitimate business. Have some goddarn human decency.

What we need are the correct pictures of what they have right at hand.
