I just got my 13 dollar cooler from ebay, and it is so small, probably 13 inchs. It has three fans but not very effective also somewhat noisy. Also I thought it was metal, but it is plastic. So next time you buy a notebook cooler I would recommand you to read the review of the cooler before you buy them! It decreased my notebook from 46C to 43C in like 10 minutes...
Ok now it is 41 after half hour of the cooler running.

Good thing the cooler I'm getting is specifically made for the laptop in mind.
Yes, it would be wise to research something yourself next time instead of take someone else's word for it. You tend to get screwed over doing that. -
A little trigger-happy, Deathwinger?

I am seeing only 3-5 degree of decrease LOL this is so not worth my 13 bucks...

"You get what you paid for"
I don't mind buying the cheapest paper towel because after all, they all do the job and I don't mind that this one doesn't have that great total useless feature. But for electronic, most of the time (not always), more expensive = better quality.
BTW, thanks for telling us. -

LOL?!
Oh wait, this is the $13.00 cooler..... -

This one, they even raised the price... -
Dude, are you kidding? That is the ultimate notebook cooler!
Which one were you talking about, Deathwinger? -
There is a often a correlation between quality and price (I find that it's quadratic) but there is a lot of crap out there designed to lure in unwary 'bargain hunters'.
Only $700 for a 3GHz Pentium 4 processor? That like a whole GHz faster than my laptop's Core 2 Duo. Sign me up!
$200 for twice the video memory? Take my money now.
So you're saying this physics card will improve my FPSes in Counter-Strike? Hmm... JACKPOT! -
is it just me but this thread does not belong in Sager and clevo forum, Mods please move.

The only recommended coolers by myself and others on this form that have tested a few are:
- Zalman ZM-NC1000 or NC2000
- Cooler Master Infinite
- NZXT Cryo LX
Most other coolers that have small and static fans are average at best... most of them just suck.... like the Targus, Antec, Belkin, etc... -
I don't remember how to read correctly the chart but I get it and I love it. =D Great work Mikelx215, lol
Don't buy 13 dollar coolers from Ebay!
