I was searching for drivers to my Sager NP9370 / Clevo P37EM when I found that:

    Chipset driver for Windows 8:

    Clevo site: 9.3.0.1026
    Sager site: 9.3.0.1020

    ----------------------

Card reader driver for Windows 8:

    Clevo site: 6.2.9200.27035
    Sager site: 6.1.8400.27024

    ----------------------

Hot Key Utility for Windows 8:

    Clevo site: 8.009
    Sager site: 8.0100

    ----------------------

    Touchpad driver for Windows 8:

    Clevo site: 16.3.4.0
    Sager site: 16.2.10.12

    ----------------------

    Clevo: CLEVO - Download
    Sager: Software Upgrade

    And so on...

Which one to choose? Clevo or Sager? Is there any difference?

Clevo being the original manufacturer, their drivers are more likely to be updated with stock BIOS and firmware, and stock components. Sager's drivers are those that Sager has tested against their system with any modifications made that are deemed stable and working.

That's not to say a newer driver won't work, but you can bet that if you have a Sager, there is another level of quality assurance getting the driver from them.

Thanks. So, is it better to download only the Sager drivers?

You could say it's "safer", but worst case scenario is: you download and install a Clevo driver, and have a problem. Uninstall it, then install the one from Sager instead.

    Update...

Ok, now I'm downloading only drivers from Sager. But the "Intel Management Engine Interface driver (8.1.0.1263) for Windows 8." is only at Clevo site. Two questions:

    1. What this driver does?
    2. I really need to download and install it?

I know "Google is my friend", but I searched for it and couldn't find a good explanation, even in Intel site.

    I have:

    1. nVidia GeForce Experience (VGA Driver)
    2. Chipset
    3. Cardreader
    4. Touchpad
    5. Finger
    6. Hotkey
    7. Intel Rapid Storage Technology
    8. Audio Realtek
    9. SBX
    10. WLAN + BT (not Killer Setup, I don't like the bloatware that came with it, so I downloaded the driver only - AR9462 WLAN + AR3012 BT)
    11. LAN
