It should be unlocked since Xeons have been locked starting with v4 iirc.

Does the BIOS detect this chip correctly?

    Hi@all

yes it is unlocked i got it to 4,3ghz.
I just don’t understand why I only get 4,3ghz with a 50x Multi on all Core.

XTU settings are set. But I think I need to optimize Bios settings too. There are some settings in Bios I don’t know what The values are based on. It says
    (1/8 watt).

This are the Standard Settings in Bios:

core Current Limit (1/8 Amp) 1312
Turbo Boost Max (1/8 Watt) 1040
Turbo Boost Short Max (1/8 Watt) 1300

Please help me to understand this 3 Settings.

    Thank you all

Divide the number by 8 to get the real value.
