I bought from Eurocom and had a really good experience.
However, I dealt almost exclusively with John Shore there, he was by far more helpful than anyone else I spoke to. It may have been because he knew my order and was more helpful in tracking it, making sure it was going to be ready, etc.
And I've never been so happy with a computer before. However all my previous experience is with Dell, so take that for what it is.
I did have to reinstall windows, but that was Vista's fault, not Eurocom.
I would buy from Eurocom again, if I was ever in the market for a high end custom laptop again. -

I've bought from them, i did not really speaked about my experience here so far because im too occupied with this Beast
HELL i love this notebook.
There's a short review:
I will skip the notebook itself part as it's still a Clevo which is assembled by Eurocom instead of Sager.
-Built time has been longer than the expected/told date but was in part because of Clevo parts beeing delaying for various reason and also the unexpected volume of sales/presales/workload...
Anyway the wait was worth it because the notebook is in perfect condition, no dead pixel or whatsoever, well built, well packed
Communication : It's the first time I did a big purchase like this over the net but Im very satisfied with the communications I had with them, John Shore is Extremely fast responding to e-mails and have always given me satisfactory answers... Because of some little problems or particulariy of my order, I had to call and e-mail numerous times and talked to John and also Ken and some other people from there and I have nothing negative to say and it's easy to deal with them, they seems to care about you (I hope if they want their money)
The only Real problem I had with them is when I received the unit, my Vista Os wasn't in the box !!! A quick e-mail and a answer 1hour after.. John telling me they ship it right away because they did a mistake with the order so 2-3 days later I received it with no charges or anything...
I also experienced ''keyboard flex'' which is well known to happen in some of the M570TU units but I don't think it's Eurocom fault but instead Clevo itself because they make the frame, it's now corrected with few pieces of elastics well placed, taped to the right section of the keyboard seat.
I don't have any keyboard flex now and it's been about a month and the notebook works flawlessly since then. Never had to contact em again.
In all im very very satisfied with the communication and service from Eurocom, I would definatly go with them again... If you are canadian and want a Clevo model, don't ask yourself and try it.
I got an awesome deal on that machine... I paid like 350$ less than xoticpc price. What i didn't talked is that you can really deal with them, bargain a cpu upgrade from a base quote and deal the os etc... You also only pay 5% taxes(for non-ontarian at least) and costed me like 30-35 $ for shipping with purolator(fast). No extra fees at the door.
Sorry for my slopy english and Happy shopping.

Excellent service (only dealt with John Shore). Technical support guy knew what he was talking about too, not sure who it was. Glad I bought from them.
