Hi guys, Eurocom surprised us with i7 info. I also noticed they offer new seagate momentus 7200.4 in M860TU.

It is 500GB 7200RPM HDD, does anyone have any benchmarks of this HDD?

It costs over 200USD, I wondered if it worth it or not

Also temps could be interesting :)

I settled for the WD 500gb 5400RPM drive a few months ago and haven't looked back.

Although, I only paid $150 CAD for it, 200USD seems a bit steep.

Newegg has the new drives for 139.99.

Benchmarks show it maxes a bit over 100MB/sec and averages just over 80MB/sec. I'll have one when I can afford it.
