    I want to return my system, but they haven't given me an RMA # yet. How long does it usually take for them to give you an RMA #?

    Why do you wanna return such an awesome system man? Maybe we can help if you have anything that can be fixed via changing settings or tweaking.

    Your best bet is to call them if you have decided to go with the RMA

    Usually companies have a process to issue the RMA # and it can happen immediately, or take a couple of days.

    Here in the US, and Canada, there are Holidays now - Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and many people take off for these holidays, and many customers order during the holiday increasing transaction volume higher than normal.

    With small shops you might find a delay in responses during the holidays on short staff or heavy order load.

    As @Phoenix said, the F5 is an awesome system - not many have been reported here as being returned (none?), is there something wrong with it we can help you debug?
