USPS - Express Mail International (EMS) to canada includes custom fee right? I just have to pay taxes 13% when I receive my laptop?

Most Canada residents will have to pay taxes-duties upon receipt of the order if it ships from the US.

You can save the brokerage fee's if you choose USPS Express Mail Internatonal or UPS Express shipping. That cost can be about $80. :)

Yeah I used EMS as well to Canada, I had to pay 13% + a small handling fee(less than $10).
