Did anyone notice that the bus speed listed in CPU-Z is 100MHz for the EM laptops? Isn't that really slow?

There is no FSB, but yes the reference clock is really 100MHz.

FSB went away once Core i CPU's came out. CPU-Z still has it listed for older systems which still use it but on all new computers it will just show 100Mhz.

Yes the 100mhz is a real clock, it's just a reference clock, so every integrated bus takes that clock and multiplies it by a factor to get its speed.
Since intel has integrated it into the CPU that means motherboard manufacturers can't have their own clocking systems meaning no overclocking (or very little) using this speed since it drives some very sensitive buses like the SATA bus.
FSB Bottleneck?
