Hello NBR members!
I am considering selling my Falcon Northwest Fragbook DRX gaming notebook, and I was hoping to get opinions on an appropriate selling price from the people who would know it best!
My Fragbook DRX is 3.5 years old and is in good condition, with only a couple scratches and no screen scratches nor any dead pixels. It's built on a bulky Clevo chasis with a 17" 1920x1200 screen, and has a clear-coated aluminum lid in jet black with a red falcon logo (you can see examples of the Fragbook on the Falcon Northwest site). I recently had a fresh copy of Windows 7 Home Premium professionally installed on the DRX, so the notebook is clean and ready for action. The notebook comes with a full-size ripstop and ballistic nylon Falcon NW backpack with a slot for the holding the DRX. I paid $6,700 on the initial purchase (Falcon NW is notorious for its overhead).
Specs:
17" 1920x1200 screen
2.0 GHz quad-core desktop class CPU
Nvidia GeForce 9800m GTX with 1 GB VRAM (used to have 2 9800m GTXs in SLI configuration, but one burnt out)
3 320 GB 7200 RPM hard drives
4 GB DDR2 RAM
Fresh copy of Windows 7 Home Premium
Comes with Falcon NW ripstop and ballistic nylon backpack
All informed opinions on the notebook's value are greatly appreciated!
