I have a P370EM, And in the last few months, the fans have been running none stop at high speed, I figure that it must be the Intel PCH as it has a tempeture in the 60´s, (64c atm), I am considering doing a repaste of the mashine, Is anyone else hcpu aving fan issues
    current temps ( cpu, 45c, pch 64c, ssd 29c, gpu 48c )
and no backgound program activity is causing this, i have checked and rechecked.

Also Is there a bios update avalible for this model, The danish reseller I bough it from dose not lost any drivers or updates on there site.

45 C and 64 C is on the high-side for idle temps, though still far from troublesome. What are your temps under load (or have you tested and monitored under load yet)?

A cleaning and repaste may very well be in order. I don't advise updating the BIOS unless you're having problems you think specifically pertain to BIOS, and for now, this could be strictly related to the thermodynamics.

Cleaning did help a bit, repaste I still have to do, Need to locate some good non conductive paste.

Is it posible to replace the fans with better ones, if so where can they be bought ?

Havent heard of alternate fans working, primarily because of the specific form factor to fit into the chassis.

Yeah fans are generally proprietary (is it just me, or does that sound like an oxymoron?). Sometimes enthusiasts will do their own cooling mods and sell them, though you're looking at limited production.
