Are there any way to do some sort of fan control on my laptop (clevo W150HR). It seems like the Sager model ( NP5165) can force it's fan to go full speed with an hotkey.

I am asking this question because it seems like my laptop dosent run it's fan at 100% before hitting 90 Celsius degree (a little bit too hot to start efficiently cooling my laptop IMO)

Does the FN+1 hotkey not work on your model to go to full fans? There aren't any third party fan control programs out there yet (that I'm aware of).

Do I need the "hotkey" driver installed ?

    Do you mean:
    FN + F1
    or FN + keypad #1
    or FN + top row #1 ?

Tried them all... the FN+1 hotkey doesn't work.

Should I worry about these temperatures ?

I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure you do need the hotkey drivers (and it's FN + top row number 1, not numpad 1, not F1). Some W150HR owners say that hotkey works, others say no, so it may not do anything on yours.

As for the temps, they look a little high, but nothing too worrying yet. Pushing 95C and up would be worth talking to your reseller about. But it's still a good idea to make sure your vents are clear and possibly get a cooling pad if you'd like to keep them down.
