In the archive i've found a thread that it's possible to toggle the fans to max with the Fn + F2 buttons. But when i press those buttons nothing is happening with my notebook. What should i do to get it working? I have also still problems with hardwaremonitoring my GPU temp!!!

Can you toggle any of the devices with the Fn+F(x) combos or is it just the fan speed? Here is a list of all the Fn+F(x) toggle functions.
Fn + F1 - Touchpad Toggle
Fn + F2 - Fan Speed Toggle
Fn + F3 - Mute Toggle
Fn + F4 - Sleep Toggle
Fn + F5 - Decrease Volume
Fn + F6 - Increase Volume
Fn + F7 - Display Toggle
Fn + F8 - Decrease LCD Brightness
Fn + F9 - Increase LCD Brightness
Fn + F10 - PC Camera Toggle
Fn + F11 - Wireless Module Toggle
Fn + F12 - Bluetooth Module Toggle -
Fn + :
F1 works
F3 to F12 works.
It's only F2 that doesn't seem to work. Also i get wrong GPU temps with any hardwaremonitoring program. Rivatuner says the core is -140C and other programs don't want to give me any temps. -
I've been having the same issues with RivaTuner depending on what drivers I have installed. Half the time temps are whacked out while the speed/voltage readouts are ok. Right now temps look great, but voltage isn't displaying at all (unless I've stumbled on a great new vid card that doesn't consume any power!)
As to the Fn+F2 issue, maybe someone in the Sager/Clevo section might have run across this issue. I left my manual at home and it looks like the Clevo site is unreachable at the moment. -
If you check your Clevo M570U bios, make sure that the Fan Speed is set to Auto (which is default). The Fn + F2 should toggle the fan speed to Auto or Max speed at anytime when the notebook is on.
RivaTuner is a great program to monitor temps, if you read my RivaTuner guide in this forum, then you should have known to offset your temp readings to make it positive.
So here, read it carefully, its noob-proof.:

Tell me how it goes.

Ah thanks now the temp seems to be fine, i'll check the fan in bios, but when that's done i tell you about it!

Oke i need to install bios version 1.00.6 and KBC 1.00.04 (don't know what KBC is).
Where can i find the bios version and the KBC? At the clevo site's i couldn't find a bios version to download. (i ordered my notebook at www.xxodd.nl) -

Finally: today i've got the files to update the bios and the kbc. The update of KBC worked but the bios update didn't worked. It doesn't matter for me anymore, because with the kbc update i can use the fan control
Thanks for all your help!
