Well, here it is...on my table...looking fly and sexy (in it's own way :D) I can't express how glad I am after a month and a half to see this beast in front of me and actually install stuff on it...*drooling*...Anyhow, this is not really a review, but a thanks and expressions thread...Justin and the staff at XoticPC, thank you very much for being so patient with me over this period of time, I greatly appreciate your work and hope to make further business with you...However I still didn't get my cooler, but oh well...not THAT important(well it is...)The laptop feels great and looks awesome..currently installing the drivers on it...the screen is awesome (well I didn't have a WUXGA or WSXGA glossy) No dead pixels and it just looks fantastick...Didn't run any games on it yet, bt I hope it'll be fine...I'll keep writing more bout it later on today..now I have to go clean the floor :D...

    Thanks

    Pavel aka BigP

Don't worry about Lawlz, he's just a notebook pimp. He has his ways with them and goes on to another. Seems like he doesn't like the ones that makes noises.

I'm hopefully going to get on of these and I was wondering about the fans to. I need to take it to school and sit in a very quit room. Will it be to loud for that? Or is there a way to turn the fans down while I'm not gaming or something like that?

Edit: Also is the WUXGA worth the extra $225?

i love WUXGA on my 9260...with a resolution this high (1920x1200) you barely need any AA, which helps the fps quite a bit.

They are audible but not loud. It sorta sounds like a dvd drive burning a dvd when full blast.

The noise ain't that bad at all. It's certainly tolerable in a quiet room, even a library. Don't worry, it won't disturb anybody around you.

Methinks Lawlz likes his notebooks like he likes his ___, quiet without the moa...

Wait, I had to censor that just a bit after realizing that Lawlz is only 14 yrs. old from his other posts.

I imagine the 9260 will be as "loud" as the 5790
