Awesome man, I'm sure you'll love it. I'm currently watching windows install on my NP5793.
-
also from xotic pc?
-
Yeah. BTW, it took exactly one week from the time my payment cleared for my laptop to get to me. Well, it should have. My payment cleared the 30th. UPS came on the 6th, but I was sleeping and somehow my family didn't hear the knock. I just officially got it today. All in all, xoticpc was great. They even called me cause I had made a typo on my zip code and they noticed my paypal had a different zip. All my questions were answered very quickly. They get two thumbs up from me.

hey does xotic pc deliver to the UK?
-
Short answer: Yes
Long answer: YEs, but you pay extra shipping. You might want to look at the clevo guide and find a reseller in the UK.

Congrats, you'll love Xotic.
It seems like everyone is ordering from Xotic left and right. I hardly hear or any other vendors being discussed anymore.
I'm curious how this economic downturn has affected their business. -
I'm thinking about doing the exact same thing. Unfortunately all of my funds are in my dad's account, and we have to pay internationally (In Oz) but he won't pay wire transfer unless he has the same kinds of protection as PayPal. I've been looking all over and all the banks/wire transfer companies say is "it's 100% secure, 128-bit encryption" blah blah blah, but what happens if the person you sent the money to screws you over?
Having seen all the stories about xoticpc i'm 100% sure they won't screw me over, but my dad is oldschool and won't listen to reviews. -
).
Finally made my order with xotic PC
