This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    There are already multiple threads on this. None of the companies offer financing, so the only way to do so would be to use a credit card. Sorry.

    You could always try Cash Call or some other small loan company but your best bet is to not get in over your head and buy a cheaper notebook computer you can afford. (This is the same reason we have the mortgage crisis. People buying homes they cant afford...)

    Unfortunately, it takes a rather large selling operation, with a large volume of sales, to justify the costs and risks associated with granting credit to purchasers. Since none of the Clevo/Sager resellers has sufficient volume, you won't find anyone who has the ability to extend credit to you for a purchase. You'll either have to obtain a personal loan from your bank or use a credit card.
