I updated to Firefox 3.5.5 and once again my fingerprint software is incompatible. Does anyone know where to find the updated password bank?

The latest XPI (FireFox extension) supports 3.5.5.

somehow the pasword bank catches up with firefox a few days later.
i get the same warning everytime it upgrades and then 3 or 4 days later the pasword bank works again.

But the Clevo fingerprint drivers from their website only works for Windows login... or am I missing something?

You need the protector suite software (PSQL 5.8 is free from sager/clevo website, PS 2009 is $20, but well worth it IMO - get it from upek's website). You can use it to store website passwords, have 10 quick launches (one for each finger - though you need to reserveat least one finger for the website passwords...).

Theres also other stuff in the PS software

So I have to buy new software? In the past mine would never "magically" work 3-4 days later. But a couple of times someone would post a link to dld the new password bank. It's hard to find/navigate to it on the protector suite site.

You shouldn't need new software, what version of Protector Suite are you running?

Have you tried my link in post #6?

The only thing I can find on Clevo's website is the UPEK driver which has only shown support for windows login. It does not give me any other option. Maybe I am missing something.

The Fingerprint_all.zip file on the clevo M570TU drivers page includes the Protector Suite QL 5.8 which should have all the features I mentioned earlier...

Edit: Make sure windows is using the driver included in the fingerprint_all zip file, if it is using the one from windows update, then PSQL will not work with it.

Doh I'm sorry. Yes it works. I tried the other night and I kept getting a message saying that the requested page was unavailable. I guess they were having inet issues.

Feel like a goober now. Thank you.
