    Hi,

I'm trying to figure out if Clevo's computers are suitable for pro audio production, but nowhere around the web can find information about
which chipset it's used for firewire, ( that's a very important issue for video and
    audio production)

Thanks a lot for your input,

I believe that the current Clevo's [as well as the past] had:
    - Texas Instruments OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Controller

I know, TI has great compatibility.

    I have used a M-Audio Firewire 1814 with my notebook. :)

Had to used 4-pin IEEE and DC power. Works perfect.
