This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    let me get this straight....

    You just plopped down $2,000+ bucks, and you have to reseat the keyboard?!!

    Who knows what other loose things might be inside the case, ouch!

    Geez, on a one person posts about it we are going crazy... especially since the keyboard is the easiest thing to replace or adjust.

    Actually, two people, someone else claimed they had to do the same thing. You would think a machine this expensive should have a keyboard like a Lenovo Thinkpad t series, at least!

    Oh no! He has to snap a modular piece into position on a dock - all by himself. What cruel and unusual customer service!

    Why waste time and money shipping the laptop to and from Sager when steveninspokane is capable of, and comfortable with, fixing the issue himself? That doesn't make any practical sense.
