    Fitting a 12.5mm harddrive in M570TU

    I'm considering the WD 1TB scorpio blue for my M570TU, but I read that it's 12.5mm high. AFAIK the M570TU only supports 9.5mm maximum.

    Is there a way to mod the M570TU to make it accept 12.5mm harddrives?

    You could step down to 750GB and not have to worry. 250 is a lot of space to passon though.

    Try measuring the bay, see if there's an extra 4mm there. (You're going to need at least 1mm clearance.)
