Hi everybody, I just read on some other forums that flashing a new BIOS should be done twice.
My understanding is that it should not make any difference as when flashing a new bios, the existing bios is part by part erased and over- or rewritten by the new one and checked after completion.
Therefore if the check at the end says is was successful, everything should be exactly the way it is meant to be and a second flash would make no difference.
Am I just missing something as to why it can or should make a difference or am I right with not flashing a second time??

It does not need flashed twice, but it is usually a two to three step process when you include flashing the EC and ME firmware.

Yeah sure, I know about the steps, they are not what I meant by twice, I meant to do all steps (EC, ME and BIOS) twice.
I am just asking because I just flashed a mod BIOS (P151em) and everything went as intended and was successful, just wanted to make sure flashing twice is not like tightening a screw
Because if it were, I'd do it twice just to make sure haha -
