So ya, got P157SM notebook (non a version) and the Fn +1 feature doesn't work. I'm running on Prema BIOS V2 and everything else seems to work just perfect.

Any idea what could cause this?

    EDIT:
    tried also FN +1 - FN +0
    tried FN + f1 - f12
tried windows button +1 - windows button +10
    tried windows button +f1 - f12.

My Sager I just sold did this and it was because my keyboard was faulty. My #1,#2 and Esc keys quit working.

I'm sure you checked this but thought I would bring it up just in case.

Did nothing as well. Maybe @Prema knows something about this odd bug.

@Prema god has fixed the issue :)

Apparently on my first flash on Prema BIOS the EC from XMG stayed and had terrible fan profiles and the feature wasn't there. After flashing Prema BIOS with EC again now not only the feature works, but I also got a much better fan profile on gaming and the annoying Clevo Control Center crash stopped.

Thanks for the help man! :D

Always follow through the flashing instructions to the end, you can end up with the above but at worst a brick.

Everyone should be aware of this. There can always be some weird thing happening and boom, your system won't boot. Lucky for me I'll soon have my SPI programmer here so I'll have less to worry about next time when I flash something :)

Which won't help with a bricked EC though... ;)

It's in the 133PIN (0.4mm) ITE controller...so you better just don't brick it.

No worries I won't touch it, the notebook runs perfect except for a bug caused by Windows 10.

133pin in 0.4mm?????? Yeah no, that's not an option :'D

So in a nutshell, dead EC = Buy new board.

Now this peaks my interest. I've switched from my P157SM to a P375SM-A, will it also work there? I find the fan control on the Clevo control center to be very limited.
