    Hey there!

Any other people were wondering why the heck the fan toggle (Fn-F2) wasn't working on their 5760? I was looking to update the BIOS and KB BIOS when I accidentally found the toggle on my Clevo.

... Try Fn-1 and listen how this beast can scream :D ...

For the record I have an Eurocom m570u Divine. BIOS is v1.00.

In almost a year I never had a chance to listen to the fans in full speed  ...

in hp models i beleive that the fn + F2 button stands for print and the Fn + F! stands for elp so i guess this is applicable to only some notebooks

Well the thing is I remember seeing a couple posts where the fan toggle (auto speed / max speed) on clevo model M570U, mapped on Fn-F2, did not work. Mine was set like this. Fn-F2 simply did nothing.

Then I accidentally discovered that the fan speed toggle on my Clevo was mapped to Fn-1 (only the key under F1).

And yeah all manufacturers have different FKey config :).

For my 5760 the Fn+F1 disables the touchpad. Does yours have that option?

It's a special feature on Clevo notebooks - Fn + F2 = max fans. It is good to have on while gaming to keep the heat at a minimum.

I never knew what my fan sounded like at full until I turned it on either. My 5320 is pretty loud.

Sure, all my Fn options work well except Fn-F2. Somehow on my lappy this toggle was mapped to Fn-1.

i would love to have that function on my lappy
but i dont have any components like high end gpus that get too hot either and the cooling on hps are quite..good but still a welcome addition.
