    Hello everybody,

I want my next laptop to be a NP9877 (Clevo P870TM-G), the thing is I use a Latin America spanish keyboard, because well, I'm from Chile and I use the "Ñ" a lot. I could use a Spanish/Spain keyboard also.

I asked to Xotic PC and they told me the don't have any other keyboard than the US keyboard. The keyboard I want does it even exist?

    Thanks.

Not really that much different, maybe you missed something, but if you choose that high end laptop don't look for the cheaper, look for the quality and after sale services you will need it. They are providing many services included with the laptop some of them are optional, and some are mandatory for quality purposes.

Finally preordered from HIDevolution, nice sales service. The guy from sales added the Spanish Latin America keyboard as an option, so placed my order with them, total $4.427 now I have to wait :(

Thanks ... I know this is maybe for another thread, but I placed my order using Splitit, from HIDevolution. Nice idea but, at the end I got charged the full price on the instant I placed my order. I got two charges one for what I guess is one installment $4427/12 = $368 aprox, and other charge for $4.059 aprox. is that because I'm not from USA? I really don't get it.. now I'm worried to be charged for $368 next month.. Anyone used this service before?

The card wasn't charged, it is only an authorization (pending charge), just like if you were checking into a hotel or renting a car. Your card will only be charged the monthly charge, and the authorization will be reduced every month by the amount of the payment. This way Splitit always knows the available credit will be there for the future payments that are due.

Splitit works by splitting your payment up to 12 times, charged on a monthly basis. You will need a VISA or MasterCard credit card (debit card will NOT work) that has the full amount of the order as available credit. Splitit will authorize your card for the full amount for the duration of the plan and charge you only the monthly due amount every month. Authorizations to your card do reduce your credit limit by that amount but are not charged interest.

To use the simplest example, let’s say you are purchasing a $12 item that you want to finance over 12 months. Your credit card must have at least $12 available credit. Splitit will authorize your card for $12. At time of shipping you will be charged $1 and $11 would remain as authorized. On month 2, you will be charged an additional $1 and $10 would remain as authorized. This goes on until the remaining balance is charged.

Thanks for the quick reply Donald! My credit card is a MarterCard indeed. Please let me know if I got this right following your example of a $12 puchase:

Month 1: Purchase for $12 was made.
    • Splitit will reserve $11 on my credit card and charge me for $1
    • So let's said my credit card has a credit line for $20, then my credit line would be $9 at this point.
    • So I payed at this point $1 out of $12
    • At the billing date I'll see I have to pay $1
    Month 2:
    • Splitit will reserve $10 on my credit card and charge me for $1
    • Then my credit line would be $10 at this point.
    • So I payed at this point $2 out of $12
    • At the billing date I'll see I have to pay $1
    Month 3:
    • Splitit will reserve $9 on my credit card and charge me for $1
    • Then my credit line would be $11 at this point.
    • So I payed at this point $3 out of $12
    • At the billing date I'll see I have to pay $1
    Month 4:
    • Splitit will reserve $8 on my credit card and charge me for $1
    • Then my credit line would be $12 at this point.
    • So I payed at this point $4 out of $12
    • At the billing date I'll see I have to pay $1

    And so on...

Google is your best friend Mr. Sir Phoenix from Smurfs Village... :hi:

    By Jove, You've got it!

This is OLD...going back for example to when Shakespeare used it in Love’s Labours Lost in 1588: “By Jove, I always took three threes for nine”.

Thanks everybody for your answers. Now the long wait. Asking for a foreign keyboard adds 3-4 weeks to the assembly time. I wonder if a dual 1080 would let me play most games at 1080p+2xMSAA+vsync 60 fps. My current laptop struggles really bad with games like Batman Arkham Knight ( @1080p with PhysX), The Evil Within, Forza Horizon 3, GTA V, Watch Dogs 2. Most games goes from 30 -60 fps but damn my eyes hurts when the frame rate goes under 60 fps. I own an Xbox One but I can't play games there because of the low frame rate + low resolution
