use a camera to take a picture of the bios boot screen and post it up.
dont think its anything to worry about as you see all sorts of things in the first few seconds on boot up.

if its green line once its booted up then its a dying gpu but i dont think thats what you have.

    we need more info.
    cpu/gpu/ram/hdd/ssd.
    how old is it.
have you updated drivers from stock.

I had that on my Clevo a year ago, but it was horizontal - had to send it back to get them to replace the display under warranty...

The line is visible as I boot. I don't think is the gpu since games run fine, also, the line seem to be semi transparent in some special circumtances, for example when I browse in a white background, the green line is not seen. But is annoying when playing, is right there

Is brand new. Drivers has nothing to do with it, I update all GPU drivers, same effect. 8GB Ram, 780M SLI GTX, i73970k

Could be poor connection on screen cable or just screen bad.
If is new I would RMA it.

Sounds like a bad screen, line of hot pixels. RMA it.

Yes, a constant line will be a display issue most likely if 3d is normal. If it does not change at all when moving the display then it's the line driver failing on the display and it will need to be replaced.

    RMA time.

If it doesn't show up in a screenshot, then I agree with theriko and Meaker: that's a LCD issue.
