3 days ago I cleaned up my pc because of 100 °C CPU and 78 °C GPU temperatures and I used thermal grizzly thermal pad and kryonaut then CPU was 78-83 °C and GPU 63-65 °C lowest I ever seen weird. Then GPU started frequency drops to half and power limit. I checked VRM and VRAM but it looked okey and I improved it too. Now in a hour heavy using tests I got BSODS and frozen pc with weird noise coming. Dpc watchdog violation I got ones. I do not know whats the problem. (6700K -110mv static speedstep and speedshift on 980M %20 power limit increased).

Make sure to use a direct link from image hosting sites rather than just the url you visit to look at it.

Thanks for answer. I tried %110 with undervolt and %120 power limit but no chance. I changed thermal pads location and I add some kryonaut on vrms and vrams but still not. Now I flashed prema v2 vbios for 980M and it has unlocked power so it is more heating but working well I didnt get it. It is so weird. It must be dark screen for me but nothing wrong happend. Tomorrow morrning when I wake up It can be broke still. It happened a few times. I m freaking out.

Can you show us how you applied the thermal pads and where?

Check the power is still showing as connected too and yes your pad layout would be good too.

On the lower section Vrms also have stock pad. But I realized now prema Vbios saving core clock I checked my memory clocks it still 1000 mhz low and everything started when I change the vrams pads I ordered 145x145 1mm arctic ones but I still dont think it gona work because my thermal grizzly and stock mix not worked.( There is no 2mm stock in my country I will double for vrams.)

The mosfets don't have any thermal pads. That's where your problem is.

If you have changed how the heatsink sits then the vrm pads may not be making contact. When screwing it in push down on the vrm section.

Update: I tried to change some bios settings and update some driver and disable some and It seems fixed but I cant be sure never. But I m not seeing BSOD or freeze just now.
Update 2: I overclocked to force card +125/150 with 12.5mV it passed Firestrike extreme.
